Dicho proceso arroj\u00f3 resultados positivos para la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el fin de evaluar el cumplimiento de las funciones de la Auditor\u00eda Interna del Instituto Superior de Bellas Artes, conforme a las Normativas legales y el Manual de Auditor\u00eda Gubernamental \u2013 MAGU, para identificar las oportunidades de mejoras que requieran mayor profundizaci\u00f3n, y la asistencia t\u00e9cnica, para el logro de los trabajos planificados y la debida ejecuci\u00f3n del mismo dentro del Sistema Integrado de la Auditor\u00eda General del Poder Ejecutivo \u2013 SIAGPE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Evaluaci\u00f3n al Cumplimiento de las Funciones de la Auditor\u00eda Interna Institucional, se ha realizado teniendo en cuenta el Perfil General y Espec\u00edfico, el Proceso Auditor dentro del SIAGPE y las Normas de Requisitos M\u00ednimos MECIP:2015, correspondiente al Ejercicio Fiscal 2023, y el periodo comprendido de enero al 15 de marzo de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Informe se ha desarrollado en base a la evaluaci\u00f3n de los siguientes grandes puntos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\">\n<li><strong>PERFIL GENERAL Y ESPECIFICO<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PROCESO AUDITOR<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NORMAS DE REQUISITOS M\u00cdNIMOS MECIP:2015<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Este informe concluye que la Evaluaci\u00f3n al Cumplimiento de las Funciones de la Auditor\u00eda Interna del Instituto Superior de Bellas Artes \u2013 ISBA, obtuvo una calificaci\u00f3n de MUY BUENO, tal como se visualiza en el siguiente cuadro:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"230\" src=\"https:\/\/bellasartes.edu.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Captura-de-pantalla-313-1024x230.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3853\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bellasartes.edu.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Captura-de-pantalla-313-1024x230.png 1024w, https:\/\/bellasartes.edu.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Captura-de-pantalla-313-600x134.png 600w, https:\/\/bellasartes.edu.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Captura-de-pantalla-313-300x67.png 300w, https:\/\/bellasartes.edu.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Captura-de-pantalla-313-768x172.png 768w, https:\/\/bellasartes.edu.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Captura-de-pantalla-313-1536x344.png 1536w, https:\/\/bellasartes.edu.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Captura-de-pantalla-313.png 1615w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, realizaron algunas recomendaciones &nbsp; al Director General del ISBA como seguir brindando el apoyo necesario a la Auditor\u00eda Interna Institucional, de manera a potenciar el control y que la misma cumpla sus funciones eficaz y eficientemente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n realizaron recomendaciones a la Auditora Interna Institucional, como seguir utilizando el SIAGPE en sus etapas de Planificaci\u00f3n, Ejecuci\u00f3n y Seguimiento, de manera a sistematizar los trabajos realizados en tiempo y forma dando cumplimiento a lo establecido en el Decreto N\u00ba 7172\/2017 y la Resoluci\u00f3n AGPE N\u00ba 290\/2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ver el informe en el siguiente enlace:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1adDhfjyZ2_UF9FXQsOFF_bcYyXJjiVgR\/view?usp=drive_link\">https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1adDhfjyZ2_UF9FXQsOFF_bcYyXJjiVgR\/view?usp=drive_link<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Funcionarios de la Auditor\u00eda General del Poder Ejecutivo visitaron Bellas Artes, durante el mes de marzo de 2024 con fines evaluativos.
