{"id":6786,"date":"2026-04-01T01:16:59","date_gmt":"2026-04-01T01:16:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bellasartes.edu.py\/?p=6786"},"modified":"2026-04-01T01:17:04","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T01:17:04","slug":"taller-sobre-el-primer-telefilme-paraguayo-en-bellas-artes-el-secreto-de-la-senora-37-anos-despues","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bellasartes.edu.py\/index.php\/2026\/04\/01\/taller-sobre-el-primer-telefilme-paraguayo-en-bellas-artes-el-secreto-de-la-senora-37-anos-despues\/","title":{"rendered":"Taller sobre el primer telefilme paraguayo en Bellas Artes, \u201cEl Secreto de la Se\u00f1ora: 37 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El<strong> Taller y Visionado<\/strong> <strong>\u201cEl Secreto de la Se\u00f1ora: 37 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s\u201d<\/strong>, dirigido por el <strong>cineasta Hugo Gamarra<\/strong>, fue realizado en el sal\u00f3n auditorio del Instituto Superior de Bellas Artes, los d\u00edas jueves 26 y viernes 27 de marzo; en conmemoraci\u00f3n a los 37 a\u00f1os del telefilme y en ocasi\u00f3n de la restauraci\u00f3n digital de la obra audiovisual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta actividad educativa-cultural se desarroll\u00f3 con acceso libre y gratuito, con el respaldo del Fondo Nacional de Cultura y las Artes \u2013 FONDEC y el Instituto Superior de Bellas Artes, con la cooperaci\u00f3n del Programa Cine Educaci\u00f3n y Cultura.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Apreciaci\u00f3n del primer telefilme paraguayo: c\u00f3mo se desarroll\u00f3 el taller<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La sesi\u00f3n inicial del Taller fue el jueves 26 de marzo, dedicada a la primera exhibici\u00f3n p\u00fablica de la copia restaurada digitalmente y a homenajear al equipo art\u00edstico y t\u00e9cnico de la pel\u00edcula, seguido de un debate con el p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El investigador, historiador del cine y cineasta Prof. Hugo Gamarra Etcheverry, docente del Instituto Superior de Bellas Artes, fue el encargado de conducir este taller, y lo inici\u00f3 con una reflexi\u00f3n. <em>\u201cEste momento es muy oportuno para recordar que la cinematograf\u00eda es industria, es arte, pero antes que ellos, es tecnolog\u00eda. El audiovisual no es nada. Fue un emprendimiento pionero que pretendi\u00f3 contribuir al desarrollo de la cinematograf\u00eda paraguaya. Por tanto, puede considerarse una pieza clave en el patrimonio audiovisual nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El apoyo recibido por el FONDEC hizo posible el rescate y la restauraci\u00f3n digital del primer telefilme de la TV paraguaya. El Laboratorio de Soportes Magn\u00e9ticos del IPAC tuvo a su cargo el trabajo de restauraci\u00f3n digital. El rescate hist\u00f3rico de esta obra tiene una relevancia especial por el contexto sociocultural y pol\u00edtico que vivi\u00f3 la sociedad paraguaya en 1988-1989. La producci\u00f3n independiente fue arriesgada porque trataba un tema sexual y una solapada cr\u00edtica al autoritarismo de entonces.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Taller y
