Bajo el lema \u201cHablar y acompa\u00f1ar, es prevenir\u201d, el programa cumpli\u00f3 con la planificaci\u00f3n establecida y logr\u00f3 instalar de manera transversal la conversaci\u00f3n sobre la salud mental dentro de la instituci\u00f3n<sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un nuevo enfoque para la salud mental en la comunidad educativa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_956f748bf19eb88e-127\">El objetivo principal de esta iniciativa fue transformar la percepci\u00f3n social del suicidio para tratarlo como un problema de salud p\u00fablica<sup><\/sup>. A trav\u00e9s de diversas intervenciones, se busc\u00f3 romper la cultura del silencio y el estigma, reemplaz\u00e1ndola por una cultura de apertura, comprensi\u00f3n y apoyo mutuo dentro de toda la comunidad educativa<sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_956f748bf19eb88e-128\">Para lograrlo, las acciones se estructuraron de manera estrat\u00e9gica en tres fases sucesivas que abarcaron desde la comunicaci\u00f3n visual hasta el di\u00e1logo acad\u00e9mico y la participaci\u00f3n estudiantil activa<sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fases del proyecto y actividades desarrolladas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Concientizaci\u00f3n y Difusi\u00f3n Visual<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_956f748bf19eb88e-129\">La campa\u00f1a logr\u00f3 posicionar el suicidio como un problema prioritario en la agenda del instituto mediante intervenciones visuales tempranas<sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se instalaron campa\u00f1as de comunicaci\u00f3n de expectativa previas para generar inter\u00e9s y visibilidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se habilit\u00f3 un \u00abMural Informativo\u00bb en un espacio f\u00edsico con datos clave, recursos de ayuda y una secci\u00f3n para desmitificar realidades sobre el suicidio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Formaci\u00f3n y Di\u00e1logo Acad\u00e9mico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex derribaron mitos y fomentaron una cultura institucional de apertura, erradicando el silencio tradicional en torno al tema<sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se realiz\u00f3 una disertaci\u00f3n central dirigida a toda la comunidad del ISBA bajo el lema \u201cHablemos de suicidio\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se gestion\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n en dos seminarios especializados enfocados en la salud mental: uno sobre el manejo del estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad, y otro sobre los cuidados y la prevenci\u00f3n de la depresi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Participaci\u00f3n Estudiantil y Cierre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_956f748bf19eb88e-135\">Para incentivar el involucramiento directo, se lanz\u00f3 una convocatoria abierta a los estudiantes mediante un Concurso Digital de Creatividad, invit\u00e1ndolos a dise\u00f1ar afiches digitales institucionales y stickers digitales de concientizaci\u00f3n<sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_956f748bf19eb88e-136\">Como broche de oro, se llev\u00f3 a cabo un evento de cierre interactivo en formato de \u00abBrunch\u00bb<sup><\/sup>. En este encuentro se foment\u00f3 el debate sobre el tema y se realiz\u00f3 la premiaci\u00f3n de los dise\u00f1os ganadores<sup><\/sup>.
